HP SIM 7.1 missing "all tasks"

Im running HP SIM 7.1 on an admin-PC, locked network. Its a windows 7 enterprise machine. Some days ago it stopped capture the tasks I did. So all logs are empty. Sorry, if this is a dumb question, but I'm not sure what is causing the problem. The software works overall fine, except the problem I described. 
Thanks for answer if anyone know.

Can you elaborate? What exactly is missing. Is it the tasks themselves or the output of the tasks?
