HP SIM can't contact witch osem

We have two systems, the first generic systems have osem installed on a virtual server with 2003 OS. The other system is a HP Proliant System with actually versions of a HP sotfware.

Hp is configured to send a trap to OSEM, and is capable to send the generic trap but when it have an error, sim is capable to capture it but we don´t have any notification about the error on the osem.
