HP SIM Configuration for Altiris Connector

I'm running SIM on 2008 64-bit and cannot configure the Altiris connector for SIM. The Altiris connector cannot talk to the SIM server. I've done the following:

Enabled the MX SOAP port for port 80 by uncommenting it in the mx.properties file

Put in HTTP_SOAP_PORT_ENABLE=true in the globalsettings.props file

Am I missing anything?
