HP SIM events not getting cleared and not able to get the event details

Hi,

I am able to clear the "Normal" events but not able to clear other severity events like "Critical, Minor, Major"

Also when I click on the link of "Event Type" the event details are not fetched.

Pls advise to resolve this.
