HP SIM Install: "unable to connect to a specific host"

Hi All,

When I try to install HP SIM 5.3 I get the following error message: "Unable to connect to a specific host. Please check the Host, Database and Port values provided."

Please let me know if you have any insight into this messages. Thank you.
