HP SIM OS upgrade or new install?

I have decided to do a clean install of HP SIM 6.3 from 5.3 and going to move this box to a VM.  What advantage or feature do you get from HP SIM by choosing Windows Enterprise over Windows Standard?

Ok so no real advantage installing Enterprise over Standard.  OK so going with 32bit Windows Std VM :)
