HP SIM with more destination

My cust use HP SIM 4.2
He want to send Traps of the inside manager Agents to more than one destination.
It functioning only with the first of the listed destinations.
It do not functioning with the second and the third.
When cust change the order of the destination, it only function with the new first one.
What he has to do, that he can use 3 destinations
