HP SMH shows no information
I installed SMH on a Proliant DL380G3 running CentOS, and that works beautifully. But installations on three DL380G3s and one DL360G3, all running W2K or W2K3 do not return any useful info. When I go to the SMH homepage, I'm logged in as some anonymous user, the system type is unknown, etc. How do I get SMH working properly, where I see the "Management Processor", "Recovery", "Storage", "Systtem", and "Utilization" items, and so that Insight Manager can tell what kind of systems they are, etc?

Re: HP SMH shows no information
Most likely your snmp.conf file is not set up properly. Run 'hpasm reconfigure' and follow the prompts.

Re: HP SMH shows no information
As I was poking around, ir ealized that SNMP config was indeed the problem. That isn't so obvious on Windows though :-(
