hp system insight manager

in the new insight (v.5), i cann't see the ststus of the compaq ups.
how can i solve it? is there any agent?


p.s. - in the old version it was possible.

Asaf, Shalom !
Check you have MIB definition for your UPS in "Manage system types".
If you doesn't have - add it.

Are you using the same Server for the new HPSIM? perhaps the SNMP on the UPS needs the new Server added as an acceptable host?
