HP Systemes Insight Manager 4.1

I am using Automatic Event Handling which will execute a script on Critical and Major events. I am experiencing a problem were the script looks as if to be executed by Insight Manager but is not. I also noticed a wierd looking error shows up in Task details listing as "Some Failures" This entry has no time stamp. Can someone enlighten me as to the nature of the "Some Failures" error

If a task is executed on multiple targets and if the task fails on one of the target system then the task's status will be updated as "Some Failures".
