We have installed HP SIM, ran a auto discovery....didn't have any problems...but when some admin try to view the servers, nothing shows up....but others can see everything. I thought it may be the way their accounts were setup but they are all the same.

Check authorizations for those users.

Under the Security / Users & Authorizations check under the Authorizations tabs that they have access to the CMS and All Managed Systems.

All the users have the same access - Full Control - to all items

I have had the same issue where I had to add each server I wanted to view to the Trusted Sites under Tools-Internet Options-Security tab in Internet explorer.
