HP VCR FTP site missing catalog file

Since 5-15 the HP FTP site appears to be missing the catalog XML file, causing VCR updates to fail.

The FTP location is:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalog.xml

HP, can you take a look at this?

It appears to be working now, can you confirm? I've forwarded the error on to the team that manages the VCRM catalog.

I see the file now, but the VCR update is still failing with the same error.

I got this regularly when I was using the automatic download feature.

In the end, I gave up and now I manually download the components into the repository - it is a hassle, but it works.

I do wonder if the HP FTP site is actually capable of servicing all these requests.
