HP Version Control Agent v6.3.0.870 issues

I am currently upgrading all our servers with PSP 8.70 and on a DL360 G5 we are having major issues with the VCA.

 

When attempting to open the SMH on the remote server, this will eventually open but when clicking on HP Version Control Agent the page loads but shows no content, see attached.  If I click on change settings and re add our HPSIM server details but then I get the Internal Server Error, see attached.

 

I have checked all the SNMP settings are correct, I have restarted the Version Control Agent service.  Plus I have also forced a reinstall of the VCA but still this problem occurs.

 

Server O/S: Windows 2008 Server R2 x64
