HPSIM 4.2 Event Handling

We have HP SIM 4.2 SP 2 on Windows Server 2003 SP1 and MSSQL 2000 SP3a Database installed 1n a HP DL380G4 3.6Ghz with 2GB of memory in replacement of our Insight Manager 7 run on an old 4 Processor Proliant 7000 with 2GB of memory.

We are having problem with the Event Handling Section of HP SIM.

Ex. Creating a Cold Start Event,

Step 1. Selecting the Name (Server Reboot)
Step 2. Selecting Events where Event Category is "RFC1215 SNMP Trap Events" and the type name is...

This part I can't select the COLD START type category from the drop down list. It returns blank.

We also try other Category Name and the drop down list for the Type is also blank.

But in my Lab Server, the HP SIM 4.2 SP 2 is running well without any problem. Difference only is the OS and Hardware. This Lab Server runs in Windows 2004 SP4 and SQL 2000 Server.

Please help me try to resolved this.
