HPSIM 5.2 Remote Support Client and Open Service Event Manager
I have done a new install of HPSIM 5.2 and have configured the Remote Support Software Manager.
I am looking to install the Remote Support Client and Open Service Event Manager to handle our warranty support.
The Remote Support Software Manager however does not display any available software.
I have tested the proxy configuration using the built-in interface. This comes up with Sucess.
Can anyone offer any advice on this?

You should schedule and set the 'Preferences' tab to Automatic download. Only then the Remote Support Software Manager will connect to HP to retrieve a list of updates.
