HPSIM page not displaying

I can't get to the Systems Insight Manger homepage. Tried https://fqdn:50000, http://fqdn:280, https://127.0.0.1:50000. And when I double click the Systems Insight Manager icon on the SIM server I get the "Checking HTTP server status" and it just keeps ticking away (I've yet to understand what that is anyway). Everything was working and today we noticed that we can't get to the page. The System Management Homepage on the server is available just not the SIM homepage. The only thing that happened since I know it was working was a brief power outage but the UPS caught that so the server didn't go down. Also, I've already tried the magic reboot. Any ideas?

HI,
Ive had that happen to me too, Ive tried to reboot as you have done and also restart all SIM related services also DB through Administrative Tools.
Hopefully you SIM server wakes up...
