HW ststus minor

Hi,

I have a DL380 monitored by CIM4.1. This server has 2 FibreCards installed for conenction to a SAN. 1 of these cards has no cable attached, so CIM4.1 gives me a minor status (loop failed). This is expected behaviour. But i cleared this event in ALL EVENTS list. Im IM7, when i cleared that event, the server status goes back to normal, but now it still displaying MINOR. How can i disable this card for monitoring, so the server status is green? Or maybe i am overlooking something?

Any help would be welcome.

It goes back to minor when the next polling cycle is completed. The only real option would be to uninstall the card in device manager in Windows.
