Insight Manager Alerting

Can SIM 4.2 w/SP2 alert me when a machine comes back online? If so, how can I do it? It is great reporting on servers going offline but coming back online has been an issue.

Yes, a "System Is Reachable" event is generated. You'd need to build an alert basd on that.

It only has a "normal" severity.
