Insight Manager Thermal Alerts

We are not recieving any thermal temperature alerts on our HP servers. I have 2 servers with issues over the weekend that shutdown, but alerts were never generated through insight manager, up and down events, but nothing related to thermal registered as system events.
Where should I look for the problem?

Check if anything made it to the IML or Event Logs on the servers to see if anything was actually generated.

Then check the SNMP Trap Send destination is correct.

The Trap Destinations are fine, the up/down, cold start traps are generated fine.

I did check the IML log, nothing in there.

Agents are 7.51 & 7.6.

What kind of servers?
I had a heat issue on a couple of servers here recently. I do know that there wasn't much time between the warning & critical events.

I'll see if I can find the events generated here.
