Insight Manager Ver. 5 server power supply wattage usage

Is there any additional configuration needed
to view a power supply's Maximum Capacity (watts)and Used Capacity (watts)in reports?
when I run a report it reports 0 on both.
This is on HP DL580G3 through 380G4
