We recieve Trapüs from HPSIM with specific Trap ID164002. What does they mean?

look on the log files here
Program Files\HP\Systems Insight Manager\jboss\server\hpsim\log

you will get more info

I found the correspondung event.
It is for service calls.

The Trap ID is Sevrice Call events.
