Installation Error of HP SIM 4.1

I am trying to install HP SIM 4.1 on my system (Windows XP) and I keep running into an issue where the install fails and states that it cannot install on a system that has HP Toptools installed. I have subsequently uninstalled HP Toptools and even deleted every toptools and hptt keys in my registry. However, this message keeps coming up. Can anyone help me get over this little bump in the road so I can install HP SIM 4.1? Thank you in advance.
