Installing and Configuring SIM to use APC- UPS's

Has anyone installed and configured a MIB for APC (UPS) monitoring thru SIM 5.0 SP4?? If so what do you recommend??

I had an issue with an APC UPS here as every time HPSIM polled the device it generated a Login failure that the APC then reported as an alert.
Typically MIBs are obtained from the vendor and compiled into HPSIM using the mcompile and mxmib commands.
