installing problems with PMP 3.1

installing problems with PMP 3.1

When i try to install the PMP 3.1 on a ProLiant ML350G3 Server with SIM4.2 and MSDE
Installation i get the Message: PMP was unable to create the PMP Database.
Here is the copy of the Installation log:

Previous PMP installation exist? no
OS and SP Valid ? yes
Screen Resolution Valid ? yes
Systems Insight Manager installed ? yes
PMP 3.1 installed ? no
