Modifying Thresholds in HP Insight Manager 4.2 / Compaq Insight Manager 7.0

Are you permitted to change the default monitoring thresholds for CPU, Memory, Disk, etc in HP Insight Manager 4.x / Compaq Insight Manager 7.0?

Personally I have only used thresholds for disk, but yes in both CIM7 and SIM4.1
