Above link provides a wonderful ticker-tape parade about how clever this integration all is, etc - has anyone actually found a link where it is available? Is OVOW 7.21 and HP-SIM 4.2 supported in combination?
I have checked the SPIs and Other Downloads section, plus the OVOW 7.21 patches area. We are currently running Integration with SIM 7 (Compaq version) and most of the tools / integration doesn't work.

Solution
Ian,
See this document:
http://www.solutioncentre.co.uk/downloads/hp/insight_manager_openview_scl.pdf
Go to the end of page 6 and then continue onto page 7; it talks about:
HP Systems Insight Manager Integrated with HP OpenView Operations. The integration between HP Systems Insight Manager and HP OpenView Operations is delivered via a smart plug-in.
Some Features:
- Auto-discovery of HP servers running HP Insight Manager automatically deployed
- Predefined rules automatically correlate and close HP hardware events in the OVO event browser
Etc.....
HTH,
Ross

Re: Integration between ovow 7.21 and HP-SIM 4.2
Ross,
Thanks for the link to the PDF. Have loaded and read it.
This PDF has a link inside to the NNM-SIM integration to a webpag which links to a registration and download page, which provides a corrupted zip file (all users be warned!).
Not your fault of course Ross, thanks for the pointer. Am off raise a Software support call for a non-corrupted version.
