is the SP5 available separately from the full SIM5 file ?

Hello.

I would prefer not to download the full SIM 5 SP5 file (400 Mb). Is the SP5 'only' available somewhere ?

Hello.

No, there is no SP5 only.
You will have the option to upgrade from the full HP SIM 5 with SP5 install.
