Is there a PSP version that runs on Windows .NET 2003

Is there a PSP version that runs on Windows .NET 2003

I've tried installed the proliant support pack (includes the HP SIM Agent) on a .NET 2003 system but get an error saying that it's not compatible. I've search HP but can't find anything.

Do you mean Windows Server 2003? That was the name it was launched with which was different than what preliminarily was thought which was Windows .NET.
