Itanium RX4640 with linux Redhat AS3 Update 3CIM agent questions

We have installed hpima-2.1.rhel3u2.tar and hpsmh-2.0.1.rhel3u2.tar and are able to connect to http://server:2301 and can see all alerts/hardware **Except the local internal hard disks?

The PCI Expansion Slots shows the raid card "correctly" 33 4 1 Slot 1: Compaq Computer Corporation Smart Array 64xx

All agents are running; service hpima restart, information in /var/log/hp/hpima looks fine.


What am I missing?

Any advice to trouble shoot would be excellent. Anthony
