Lists Problem (The List Could Not Be Saved)
Using SIM build C.04.00.00. Connecting with IE6SP1, Sun Java 1.4.1.
I am trying to create a custom list by selecting several systems from the "All Systems" list. When I click Save As, select a list name and identify a target folder, I get a popup dialog indicating that the list could not be saved.
I also have a problem when trying to Customize a new list. I select Customize from the lists area, then click the New List button. I expect to see the ability to add muiltiple criteria to the list. However, I can only define a single criteria. When I click Save As, the page does nothing. I noticed that the page is in error status with the message:Line 1879, Char 17, Object doesn't support this property or method.

Re: Lists Problem (The List Could Not Be Saved)
The most frequent cause of this is erroneous data in the database screwing up the browser's ability to interpret JavaScript. hpSIM 4.1 has stronger enforcement of data patterns to eliminate the problem.
If you have any blade enclosures that have names with spaces in them, that will do it for sure.

Re: Lists Problem (The List Could Not Be Saved)
What is the cleanest way to move from 4.0 to 4.1? From reading other messages in the forus, there is no upgrade available. When will there be an upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1?
