Machine is working clients unable to view HP Sim website

I recently re-installed HP Sim on a Windows XP Sp2 machine. I removed the old version first because it had issues and then did a fresh install of HPSim. The only issue I am having is that I can view the management page fine from the HP Sim machine but I only get the top banner when attempting to log in from a client. It does take me to the login screen and allows me to log in successfully but I only see the top banner after that. This is the latest version (downloaded yesterday). Anyone have any ideas. Any help would be much appreciated.

It is the latest version HPSIM 5.0 with SP2
