Management Processor of ESX System Management Homepage display as "None"

Hi,

Any idea why the Management Processor of ESX System Management Homepage displays as "None"?
Our current deployment of ESX 3.5 using 8.11 management agent is not showing up on the SMH. Any idea why? Thanks.

btw, what is the server model?
