MIB registered but traps not listed
We have a MIB for our software and have compiled it (using "mcompile my-mib.mib") and registered the resulting CFG file (using "mxmib -a my-mib.cfg"). This results in the mib being listed in both "mxmib -l" and the Web interface (Options -> Events -> SNMP Trap Settings) but none of the traps it contains are listed (again either inthe web interface or in "mxmib -t my-mib.mib"). It is a SNMP v2 compliant MIB but I was under the impression the "mcompile" converts to SNMP v1.
Anyone have any pointers - they would be much appreciated :)
Thanks,
Jon

Re: MIB registered but traps not listed
I have the same problem. We have our own Private Enterprise Number from IANA. The mib-file that I've created can be compiled and registered with mcompile and mxmib without any errors. But none of the traps is listed in "SNMP Trap Settings".
Any help is very appreciated.

Re: MIB registered but traps not listed
I have the same problem for HPSIM version 5 update 1 for Linux
I successfully registered the mib for the IP console viewer switch
[13:00:03 root@hpsim /opt/mx/mibs]# mxmib -a CPQKVM.cfg
IMPORTING CFG CPQKVM.cfg
COMMAND COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY
But this entry does not show up in the web interface
