Monitoring VMWare instances?

Does anyone know what is needed in HPSIM4.2 and/or VMWare instances in order to monitor the instances in HPSIM? It does not look like you can install the HP Management Agents on VMWare instances.

Configuring HP SIM to monitor VMware guests can be found starting on page 8 in the Best Practices guide from http://www.hp.com/servers/activeanswers --> Infrastructure Solutions --> Virtualization --> VMware ESX

David,

It looks like HP only has document for ESX 2.1.1, and we currently use ESX 2.5.1. Does your current document apply to the latest version of ESX?
