More than one channel found for channel reference?

Has anyone seen this when opening Remote Support Software Manager?

Started all of a sudden today.

Me too! It started after running the SIM install to update from 5.1 to 5.1 w/ SP1.

The only way I got past this was to remove the whole remote support package components and reinstall.

Since then it has been working fine.
