I have searched the forums and could not find a response that could help me for this.
I want to move our current HP System Insight Manager 4 SP2 install to a new server. The SQL DB that it uses is not changing. The system I am moving it to will be give the old servers name and IP. How do I do this? without starting from scratch with a new DB?
Thank You!

Does this document also apply to SIM 5.0? I have 5.0 running on a SuSE Linux 9 system. Everything will be the same apart from the hardware which needs an upgrade.
Thanks
