MSA 1000 Controller status offline which is redundant
Hi,
I am attaching the image of the management home page which shows Controller status offline. Which is redundant. Earlier it was online now it shows offline is there something wrong with it.
Regards,
Prashant S.

Re: MSA 1000 Controller status offline which is redundant
Here are a few things to check:
1) Check redundant MSA1000 Front Panel for any error messages to confirm the status.
2) If using Secure Path-Workgroup Edition on attached servers, then check Secure Path Manager to verify if problem is with one server or all servers
3) If only on one sever, then use Lputilnt (for emulex driver) to check hba status
regards,
Martin
