Multiple Duplicate System and Event Lists

Running SIM 4.1 w/SP1 on Win 2000.

I'm showing multiple duplicate system lists under Systems By Type, by Status, by OS, etc. Same thing with Event Lists.

Does anyone know how to clean this up?
