MYSQL and SIM

mysql uses the cygwin.dll. That causes a problem for me. There are other ssh servers for windows and some relatively inexpensive. This is rediculous to not have an alternate way of installing SIM with SSH support. I imagine there are tons of web hosting companies that use mysql as part of their package. I know most of the Windows control panels do. I want to find some solution to this as I am sure others will.
