nc7170 nic cannot view details in Insight Manager

Only shows blank window.

Also, cannot disconnect from Terminal Services Session cleanly (CTRL keys do not work).

Finally, cannot run Performance Monitor on the nic traffic as it reports zero traffic, despite the card working away happily all day!

Any ideas? The NIC was installed to fix a Veritas NetBackup issue (which it has) but now I have 3 new monitoring problems on this machine that never previously existed. Our other 100+ Servers can be monitored just fine!
