New Install - Page Not Found

I installed HP SIM 4.2 using the typical settings. When I try to open the console using the desktop ICON, I get a little white screen with HTTP 0.0.0.0 then a Page Not Found.

I'm using a new install of MSSQL server and the installation found the database. The SNMP setting are the public and trap destination equals 127.0.0.1 .

Any suggestions?

Uninstall and Reinstall the program. Do you have administrative rights to the machine?
