system is no longer reachable

Sometimes i get these alerts for all the Servers in my enviroment even when their is no Issues and all the alerts have old dates. once i stop the service and restart it this clears it, but for how long? i am using SIM 4.0

You can always try upgrading to the latest version, SIM 4.2 SP1. But, with that in mind, I have received this error as well and I have no explaination for it.
