New servers and discovery/deployment

If a new Server is added to a customers network can a task be created that discovers that new server, deploys agents to that server and basically sets it up, all from one click?
Sort of an automatic discovery/deployment/configuration in one hit.
Sorry if this seems a dumbarse question but I hadn't thought about it until a customer asked me.

You can have SIM auto-add new devices it receives an SNMP trap from. But I am not sure if it can then auto-install the agents. I defer that to more experienced members of the group :) ...Rob???
