New SIM Install on Dell Blade

My SIM server is getting old (11 year DL380) and I need to replace it. We are getting a new Dell blade server. Boss wants to know if I can install SIM on a Dell Blade. How about a VM on the Dell?

While it should work, it is unsupported and against the terms and conditions of the EULA. HP SIM is a no-charge application that is licensed for use on HP servers.
