Newest Agents causing a load of 1 when 100% idle?

I just installed a new server with RHEL 5 x86-64 and the latest agents, specific hp-snmp-agents-8.2.0-284.rhel5.x86_64.

The system is 100% idle (as per top) yet it shows a load of 1. If I stop hp-snmp-agents, the load goes away.

Anyone else seeing this?

I have the same problem on a DL360 G5,
with debian and latest (8.2) hp-snmp-agents installed.

But no solution so far..

same Problem on RHEL 5.3 x86-64 and CentOS 5.3.
Any Suggestion??
