No Data Collection Report after upgrade to SIM 5

After the Upgrade from SIM 4.2 to SIM 5.0 I get this error: No data available for this device, when I try to access the Data Collection Report from the Toosl & Link tab of the System Page from one Server.
The Data Collection Task has run with succes.
Also when I try to create a new Report I see in this section: Select items to show in report:No data available ;
and I cant select Run Report or Save Report.
