Well! I'm have only one Server (HP ProLiant DL380), and on it I install SIM 4.1.
After installiation in PF column I see Unknown (blue question mark) and on PMP License Administration page No Records Found. What me do to add my server to this list and to detect and analyze hardware with PMP.
Also on License Administration page I have
Total Licenses: 5
Available Licenses: 5
Solved! Go to Solution.

Re: No Records Found in PMP License Administration
Try using the Update Server List Button.
The Server may be licensed automatically, check the PMP Configuration page.
If it's there, select it, select the options you want, maybe just Monitor to start and apply.
You should see Started, the PF Icon should change after about 10 minutes once it has determined the state.

Re: No Records Found in PMP License Administration
What I Have at this moment:
HP Performance Management Pack service is running automaticaly, HP PMP Tools service is running automaticaly also.
And if I go to PMP Configuration (Monitoring Administration) page I also see No Records Found.
And if I click on Update Service List button, I don't have any change.
You are have any idea?

Re: No Records Found in PMP License Administration
For some odd reason Servers not showing up in the PMP appeared after I did this.

SolutionIf your system is allready installed, uninstall PMP component of HPSIM, delete PMP database, change regional settings to English (in all tabts of regional settings), restart server and install PMP again. It should work.
After everything is installed and working you may change back to your regional setings.
