No selectable variables for powernet.mib

No selectable variables for powernet.mib

When I compile and register any version of the the powernet.mib, I am unable to use it because the variable selection for the registered mib is blank!
Even the original powernet.mib fails in the same way.
Compilation and registration shows no errors.
I have compiled and registered the dell 10892.mib with no problems in creating rules.
