Hi,
Had installed SIM 4.1 with SP1 on windows 2003.
Everything is working fine and I am able to see the monitored servers.
When I connect to the CMS via my winxp pc. It starts correctly but when I try to to see the list of servers by clicking on All systems it starts loading and then the message that " No entries currently meet the list criteria" it happens for everything I had tried to customise and create own list but it shows the same message.
Any ideas or tips ?
thanks

Solution
Are you logging into HPSIM under a new account?
If so you'll need to set up the Authorizations.
Got to Options / Security / Users and Authorizations and check the Authorizations tab. The User should have access to all managed systems or the managed systems deemed appropriate.

Re: no systems are listed when viewed fron the browser
I had this same problem myself until I read this message. Thank you.
Question - is there any way to do this function for a GROUP of users? Perhaps based on Domain groups, or something such?
