odd display of server health status in HPSIM

odd display of server health status in HPSIM

In the hpsim list I am getting a major health status icon besides a particular server. However when clicking on it, I get 'no failed/degraded items' in the system status summary.

Has anyone got any advice on how to diagnose this issue ?
